1. Organization Invitations & Teammates

Previously, each organization on HeyMilo could only accommodate one user. Now, with our new Organization Invitations & Teammates feature, you can invite colleagues to join your organization and collaborate as a cohesive team.

How It Works:

1. Invite Your Team: Send invitations to your colleagues to join your organization on HeyMilo. Simply enter their email addresses and invite them to collaborate.

   

2. Share Invite Links: Generate and share invite links with your team. They can use these links to join the organization easily.

   

3. Seamless Collaboration: Once invited, your teammates can access the organization, contribute to projects, and collaborate effortlessly. No more isolated workflows!

Getting Started:

1. Invite Colleagues: Navigate to the "Teammates" section in your HeyMilo “Settings” page. Enter the email addresses of the colleagues you want to invite or generate an invite link.

   

2. Accept Invitations: Your colleagues will receive an email invitation or use the invite link. They will team up with you in just a click!

3. Collaborate: Start working together immediately! Share insights, track progress, and achieve your goals as a team.

2. Agent Cloning

No more recreating interview agents from scratch. With our Agent Cloning feature, make small changes quickly and easily.

Here’s how it works:

• Clone with a Click: Simply select an existing agent and click the clone button.

• Customize Easily: Edit the cloned agent’s details and interview questions as needed.

• Deploy Quickly: Save and deploy your customized agent effortlessly.
