1. Auto-Reminder Feature:

Boost your completion rates like never before with our new automatic reminder system! 🔔✨

The Challenge: We know how stressful it can be when deadlines approach and submissions are still outstanding. But worry no more, as our auto-reminder feature is here to help.

How It Works:

• Our system sends timely reminders to candidates 24, 12, and 6 hours before their interview deadlines, with each reminder becoming progressively more urgent.

Why It Matters: This feature ensures that talented candidates don't miss out on your opportunities, giving everyone an equal chance to shine through HeyMilo’s screening process.

Effortless Implementation: The auto-reminder feature operates seamlessly in the background. All you need to do is set a deadline for your interview agent, and our system takes care of the rest! ✅

2. Color-Coded Completion Rate:

We’ve also included a visual enhancement that will make it easier for you to assess candidate completion rates at a glance.

How It Works:

• The completion rate is now colour-coded for quick assessment.

  • Green: Completion rate above 35%.

    

  • Yellow: Completion rate between 10% and 35%.

    

  • Red: Completion rate below 10%.

    

Why It Matters: This visual cue helps you quickly identify the effectiveness of your interviews and take necessary actions to improve candidate engagement.

3. Candidate View Count:

Lastly, a feature to help you keep track of the number of views each agent gets from candidates.

How It Works:

• The view count is displayed alongside the completion rate, showing how many candidates have viewed a particular agent.

Why It Matters: This feature provides insights into agent visibility and popularity, helping you understand and optimize your recruitment strategies.
